
Dr. Lam H. Le brings over 25 years of experience in ophthalmology to Las Vegas, Nevada, from Oahu, Hawaii. He is board-certified and highly skilled in cataract surgery, oculoplastic surgery, and advanced refractive procedures, including LASIK, PRK, Refractive Lens Exchange (RLE), and Implantable Collamer Lens (ICL) implantation.
Dr. Le earned his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Davis, and his Doctor of Medicine from The George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences. He completed his ophthalmology residency at the renowned Walter Reed Army Medical Center.
During his distinguished military career, Dr. Le served as Chief of Ophthalmology at both Dewitt Army Community Hospital in Virginia and Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC) in Hawaii. He was also the founding Director of the Warfighter Refractive Eye Surgery Program at TAMC—a pioneering initiative dedicated to enhancing the visual performance of active-duty service members. Following his active-duty service, Dr. Le continued caring for military families, retirees, and veterans as a government service physician at TAMC.
Dr. Le and his wife recently relocated to the mainland to be closer to their parents, children, and extended family. He is honored to bring his experience, compassion, and commitment to excellence in eye care to the Las Vegas community.
