Dr. Kenneth Dang earned his Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Irvine. He went on to receive both his Doctor of Optometry and Master of Vision Science degrees from the New England College of Optometry, where his research focused on the biochemical mechanisms underlying the development of myopia.
As part of his clinical training, Dr. Dang completed internships at Boston Medical Center, Fenway Health Center, and the Jamaica Plain VA Medical Center. These experiences provided him with a strong foundation in comprehensive eye care, including the diagnosis and management of a wide range of ocular conditions.
Dr. Dang is an active member of the American Optometric Association and the Nevada Optometric Association.
In 2025, he joined Shepherd Eye Center, where he is committed to delivering thorough, compassionate, and patient-centered care.
He also speaks conversational Vietnamese, which allows him to better serve and connect with a diverse patient population.
Outside of clinic, Dr. Dang enjoys running, photography, and traveling.
