Dr. Alesha Johnson earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Nevada State College. She received her Doctor of Optometry degree from Arizona College of Optometry, where she was an active member of the American Optometric Student Association (AOSA) and a member of the Beta Sigma Kappa Optometric Honor Society.
During her training, Dr. Johnson completed internships at the Midwestern University Eye Institute in Glendale, AZ, and at Southwest Eye Institute in El Paso, TX. She returned to her hometown of Las Vegas in 2023, working as an optometrist, and joined Shepherd Eye Center in 2026. Dr. Johnson is passionate about providing comprehensive, compassionate medical eye care to the community where she grew up.
